"This session came after the biggest change in my life so far - becoming a mum. It was exactly what I needed to return to work in my new role.
The first time I did the image transformation, it gave me the confidence and consistent image that helped me take the next step in my career - and I got promoted to Director.
This time, I was looking to restore my confidence in my new role as a working mum.
I had some significant mental health issues after becoming a mum. I suffered from post-partum psychosis which really knocked my confidence and made me question who I am. I also experienced post-natal anxiety and depression.
I was questioning my identity and whether I was still up to my leadership role when I returned to work. I was also worried about the juggle of working part time and looking after my daughter.
It took me 6 months to recover (with a lot of support I am lucky to have).
For me, the sessions felt like one of the last steps in my mental health recovery. For this I am very grateful because I have found myself again.
It gave me the confidence to look forward to returning to work and to know I can manage and enjoy life as a working mum. I now can’t wait to get back to work and am confident I will be able to hit the ground running - it really spurred me into action putting things in place for when I return.
I feel great even just going to the supermarket and I love that I have a wardrobe suitable for working part-time, but most importantly, the best bit is, I feel like myself again.
Look out when I get back to work next month!"
