Her childhood could be loosely described as an unconventional one, as she was put into foster care at the age of 3.
To diminish the disadvantages she felt comparing herself to other children with “normal” families, Peta Stewart focused all her energy into succeeding in the class room and on the sporting field.
It was her childhood struggles that drove her to create a better life for herself as she was determined to avoid a life of hardship. Her challenging experiences moulder personality traits within her that helped define her successes today; resilience, empathy and gratitude.
In 2004, Peta completed her studies and became the first licensed conveyancer in the Albury/Wodonga greater region.
It was in 2009, at the age of 29, that she rented a small room and launched her own business – this was the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey.
Working hard to break the mould of the traditional client experience, she focused on creating a supportive and client centric environment where the client feels empowered in their property journey.
Her passion to modernise the conveyancing industry coupled with her strong work ethic and integrity has been rewarded.
In early 2018, she was the first Licenced Conveyancer in the greater border region to gain PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) certification and graduation - cementing her superior expertise and knowledge in electronic conveyancing.
With a shift to electronic conveyancing, three office expansions and a strong property mentor team, her clients proudly regard her as a leader in the NSW property conveyancing field.
We began with the Personal Branding Audit to create the strategy of how to humanise her brand, and position Peta Stewart her as the face of her business.
Then, we transformed her image with the image development sessions, shot her lifestyle photoshoot produced a new website (using her existing logo).
Colette’s approach to personal branding was not just about the clothes, the fonts or the colours. After one conversation, I knew Colette just ‘got me’ and understood I needed to ensure the physical image of myself and my brand was congruent with the quality of my work.
