As a Senior Vice President of Transformation at McKinsey & Company in the UK, Sam helps businesses return to sustainable growth by investing in their number one asset - people. He empowers multinational organisations to move from debt and distress to profit and peak performance via a signature approach to transformation. His Turnkey T&T Framework focuses on four pillars or ‘keys’ – purpose, people, performance and passion - and and combines capability development with rigorous performance management, and mindset and behavioural change. His ethos is the result of 12 years in the industry as well as a personal transformation journey that saw him navigate a mental health crisis to rebuild his life and career. His natural affinity for coaxing people out of their comfort zones has seen him become a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and instructor with Project Aware, a non-profit ocean and marine conservation organisation.
